Let’s face it most of us thought 2020 was just going to be like every other year, and instead it has been nothing like we have ever seen before. Life as we know it has changed and it may never be the same again.
That being said, many of us are stuck at home waiting and wondering what will happen next. Don’t panic, stay calm, if you’re able stay home. When faced with any challenge it gives us an opportunity to practice the quote
“You must be shapeless, formless, like water. When you pour water in a cup, it becomes the cup. When you pour water in a bottle, it becomes the bottle. When you pour water in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Water can drip and it can crash. Become like water my friend.”-Bruce Lee

Mindfulness
“If you want to conquer the anxiety of life, live in the moment, live in the breath.” “The most fundamental aggression to ourselves, the most fundamental harm we can do to ourselves, is to remain ignorant by not having the courage and the respect to look at ourselves honestly and gently.”- Pema Chödrön
